Fotis VAVVAS – Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Ioannina for Finance and Digital Governance since 2019 – is a graduate of the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics (CEID) of the University of Patras.

He has worked as a Business Consultant and Regional Manager of the Epirus Region in various positions.
