Celebration of the Three Hierarchs (30/1/2023) – Student Excellence Awards 2022 – Outstanding Graduate

An emotional journey as a student in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras has come to an end. A suitcase overflowing with moments, love and challenges are what I will keep with me as I leave this beautiful five-year experience. From my school I will keep the funny moments in the classroom, the pressure of the exams, the wisdom and knowledge of my professors but most of all I will keep this perpetual journey in the world of Chemical Engineering that for me there is definitely no turning back. As for Dionysus, I could confidently claim that he came out a winner. He learned to choose people, not by their outward appearance but by their paste, he learned to love and respect his science, to listen, to persevere, to ask questions but most importantly to seek. Yet nothing would have been the same if I had not had my family and friends by my side who were the greatest motivation to get to the end. If I had to close with three phrases these would be unforgettable years, wonderful Patras, special people.
